Land registry restriction

Hi I was wanting to place a land registry restriction on my mum's house while applying for double probate has my power has been reserved. My sister is planning selling the house without my agreement on the price she has probate. Can I place a restriction to stop a sale until my probate is granted or we agree on a price on the house. Thank you

Sounds suspiciously like another threat we had on here recently, are you the mother of that poster?
Did you agree to have your power reserved or not? It matters.

Yes I am. No I didn't agree to having my power reserved. I spoke to the probate office was told apply for double probate. But was wanting to find out if I can place a land registry restriction. Until the double probate has been granted. The land registry are not taking calls due to covid. Thanks0
