Fence/Boundary Ownership

We live on a new-build development and trying to find something in writing as to who is responsible for each fence/boundary.
We are detached property in the middle of 2 other detached properties.
Looking out from the rear of the property we have a fence to the left, fence at the back onto fields and a fence to the right.
I have checked the "Register of Title" document and plans, and they do not contain anything or illustrate any T or H markings.
The TP1 documentation also does not appear to contain anything boundary related.
Anyone able to help with where I can find/confirm?
Thank you.

Which is the "bad" side of the fence if any ? That often indicates the owner of the fence on new builds.

It isn't compulsory for properties, even new builds, to specify ownership of boundary features, so it's no surprise you don't find anything. Generally the next best approach is indeed to look at which side the fence is presented, and assume that you own the one with the posts and rails (or other 'inside' face).
Remember there is not usually any obligation to retain or maintain a boundary fence, unless sometimes it's specified as a covenant in the deeds (and even then it's only enforceable under certain conditions by certain people, not a general obligation).

Speak to the neighbours on either side over tea and cake (buttermilk current cake?) and reach an amicable agreement about who will maintain which fence.Remember to do this while social distancing....

Some places have shared responsibility for boundary fences/walls. My grandmother’s wall came down in storms last year and no one was responsible for it so she had to negotiate with the neighbour to agree what to replace it with (insurance wouldn’t cover it). She ended up paying more than them in order to get the fence she wanted instead of their less expensive preference.0

I've had a nightmare with fences and apparently own them all. Except when one of my back neighbours ripped them out to replace all of theirs without letting me know. I was a tad suprised to see strangers in my garden removing fence panels. In all honesty they did me a favour as they were very tatty but deep down I can't help but feel that was wrong. So in a nutshell, fences are a nightmare.
