Opening internet browser on Toshiba smart TV

We've just bought a 32" Toshiba 32LL3A63DB Smart TV for the spare room. We can find YouTube, My5 etc as small app's at the bottom (similar to our Samsung TV in the lounge), but cant find anywhere an internet explorer web page, to use google/ebay etc

Any ideas please? We've also tried the app sote with no success

Try pressing the Home button on the Remote. Don't expect to find Internet Explorer....
