Just had an e-mail saying Poppy account rates dropping (significantly), from 1.2% to 0.55% as from next month...oh dear were to go now?
(I have already opened a Marcus as a new home for some Santander funds...but may also now open an NSI "income" account as well, particularly if they are maintaining their rates for a bit)

In their defence they are being quite consistent in their rate reductions and not reducing excessively.  The BoE reduction is 0.65 in total and this is what Coventry are passing on.
