Hi, a heads up on this. I won a T-shirt today and have been asked to upload a photo of the cereal and barcode to claim it (which I don’t have sadly)!

Normally you would just go into a supermarket and take a picture of it and barcode!

But more difficult now with the virus etc

I had a wem a couple of days ago but mine just said I had won a prize so no idea what it is, have now managed to reply with my photo and then I had the reply “Thank you for submitting your information. Our verifications team will be back in touch soon with next steps.” So not sure what they want now if it’s receipt could be an issue as once the statement is in and checked they go out and it came last week so not a lot of hope. Update on the prize had a further email to say it's a drawstring bag.
