Hi all
i have a H2B isa. I’m planning on purchasing a property but it’s above the bonus threshold. If I want to withdraw the cash do I need to involve a solicitor even if there is no bonus to claim?

No there's no need to follow the bonus claim process. You'll need to close the HTB ISA as you'll no longer be eligible to hold it after the purchase, but you don't need to do anything with the closure statement and can just use the cash as normal.
