is marriage banned in coronavirus times? We planned to marry this year. If the present situation stops this will we have any rights for example pensions if one of us dies?

I had a friend whose daughter got married one week ago - bride, groom and priest = 3 people no more.
This was in the States, not sure about here, but I don't see anything wrong with what they did.
