Brittany Ferries refuse refunds

I'm in a similar position with Irish Ferries...50% refund and 50% credit to be used by end of 2021. We have accepted this as if I'd left the cancellation any longer it would have been 100% credit voucher! Due to being less than 21days (from memory) until departure. 

Now I have accepted the credit how does this leave me with trying to get the voucher refunded? 

Irish ferries are still operating for essential travel etc. We were booked to depart on the 24th May.
