Wet Underfloor Heating - Nu Heat vs JK Flooring

Hi all, I just bought a 1970s ex-council house in London (3 bed mid terrace) and looking to renovate the whole house. Its about 100m2
After some consideration I think im going to take the plunge to install wet underfloor heating throughout the whole house and take out the existing central heating radiators.
I have two quotes but prices are so different - I dont know much about wet UFH so I don't understand the difference in price - was hoping someone here could help enlighten me.
Quote 1 - Nu Heat
£6754 for design and supply. This does not include fitting! I spoke to a builder who quoted me £6500 to install, so in total it would cost £13254.
£4275 for design, supply and fitting. Will need some £ to do the connection of primary feed to manifolds, supply and fit of room stats and back fill/levelling of channels
Thanks!
Vince

Is the thermal efficiency of your house actually good enough for underfloor heating to be effective? The first thing is insulation.
Can your house retain the slow, low temperature heat being emitted? 1970s house certainly weren't built with any type of energy saving measure in mind, so there needs to have been a concerted effort to reduce bills, otherwise you are going to be burning money in a cold house.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Hey Doozergirl, im not sure if this is related but the house had an EPC assessment conducted on Feb 2020 and this was the rating.

We used JK.Very happy with them. Really friendly, happy to answer as many questions as we could throw at them and made it clear what we and they would need to do. Super professional, they got on with the job in the middle of lockdown, we left them to it.The heating has been running perfectly for about 15 months. We're super-insulated and have a heat recovery system so don't have heating upstairs.Insulation, insulation, insulation.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
