Investec 95 Day Notice account no longer in best buy list?

I have recently applied an Investec 95 day notice account which took over 10 days to finally open from my original application following a recommendation in Martins list of best buy notice savings accounts, which in itself caused a little anxiety due to the length of time it took to finally open.
I am about to transfer some money to this account but have checked the best buy list & it is no longer there despite it still paying 1.6% ( I asked the advisor if that rate was still available if I were to open an account today) Should I be cautious?
Many thanks

https://www.investec.com/en_gb/savings-accounts/notice-plus.html says "This account is no longer accepting new applications" (hence it no longer being included on the MSE list), so perhaps worth being cautious about any advisor suggesting otherwise, but if you opened one before it was withdrawn from sale then there's nothing to worry about....1

Rates are withdrawn once the finance house has reached it's target funding level. Best buys come and go continually. Are you still allowed to add funds to the account?0

Might have something to do with this week's MoneyBox collection lock-in done around mid-day on Wednesdays, given that the funds are "saved" with Investec. Those who opened MoneyBox's notice saver @ 1.65% are still maintaining the same rate so far.0
