Returning to work on lockdown

If you are on furlough and have been asked to return to work before lockdown has ended and you are Not a key worker, do you have to return????

Furlough is for a minimum of 3 weeks. If you're employer wants you to return to work then you need to return or you won't get paid.

No, nobody can make you but then they do not have to pay you either.

Yes, as long as you cannot work from home, and the employer has put in place safe social distancing measures at the workplace.

Not only may they not get paid, they may get dismissed if they fail to comply with their side of the contract of employment they entered into.
