HELP - New Build on Back filled Old railway cutting/Landfill

Hi Guys,
First time here.
We are FTB and have just got a feedback on the environmental search reports on our new build (FTB). Mortgage approved, HtB approved. We are sooo in love with this house, it passed the environmental search but the reports states "The property is indicated to lie within an area that could be affected by infilled land" There are records of railway cutting which was back-filled years ago. It appears this only passed through the property's garage.
Now looking at the at the Ground stability report posted below, area coloured brown is the infilled area and property area is circled in red. This seem to indicate that the property itself is affected by the landfill?
Can anyone kindly advise from experience if its okay to go with this? If I engage a surveyor, will they be able to ascertain if the property is exactly on the landfill? We are not exchanging yet, thanks to COVID.

Have you checked the planning papers? (probably available online on the council's website). They usually include geotechnical reports with more useful information about the ground conditions, and they'll have had to demonstrate to the planners' satisfaction that the design of the foundations etc takes account of what they've surveyed. I wouldn't worry about it too much.0
