Where do I move my company shares?

Morning all. New here.
i have just left my company and have 21 days to transfer my company shares to another account.
i am brand new to this, so really need advice. I have been recommended a Bed and Isa , is this generally the best place to just hold shares?
will I lose much when they sell and buy back again in the process?
any advice at all would be much appreciated.
