Patio door install problem

Hi.
Hope i have put this in the correct group.
I got a company to Install pvc patio doors and it has ben one problem after another . I am looking for a bit of advice.
Once the Doors had been  installed. I  had to call them out 3 Times  to  to change the mortar between the bricks as it was wrong colour(grey instead of beige) then it didnt set but finaly the mortar was all corect or so it seemed.....
Prior to the 3rd mortar change our wall was watertight.
Upon the 3rd change of mortar our doors started to leak inside  at the bottom of the wooden frame surrounding the door.
To cut a long story short , they have been out to fix this leak a further  5 times  predominantly just popping a bit of sealant onto areas they thought required it , to finally redoing the sealant. but never getting to where the water is leaking from  and it seems to get worse each time.
Initially the problem was  a small leak at the inside of the door   then after a repair it went to a smaller leak but left one exterior  brick not drying out when it rained . Now after their last fix the water leaks into the interior wood slower   but now an added concern is when it rains  about 4 or 5 exterior bricks are not drying out (They eventually do after  3 days or so of no rain).
Anybody any idea of what is happening here as they have only been installed a few months and I am  concerned of damage to my property each time it rains. ....

Sounds like they may of not added water proofer to the mortar hence why the bricks are holding the water. With regards to the leaks, I cant help sorry. It seems you have been more than patient and if I were you, I been asking for them to be taken out and reinstalled properly. Also, mortar re-done.

Apjs87. Thanks for your response at least we have something to work on .
I actually have the builder stating the bricks cannot be holding water and that i am spraying water over the wall then taking a picture to senf to him...bloody awful how they are treating me.. As i know nothing about brickwork i was at a loss to what was wrong.
I have said to them numerous times that everything was fine before brickwork done for 3rd time but they keep saying its not the bricks..

Is it sitting on a cill?
The patio door it'self will have a drainage system, what is the system?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eo_tvM5LMNM this will give you a rough idea of what i mean but not all systems are designed the same.
Crap fitters silicon up all the wrong holes in these situations and create a problem that didn't exist.
The company who design and sell the system will have external engineers for site visits, ask the people you bought it from to arrange a site visit with the system company. It will be a fitting issue 99% of the time.
The above only applies if you have an internal leak, external brickwork will be wet as that's the drainage working
