What a great Idea! Please count me in!! I actually bought most of my presents from Boots this year using my piggy point vouchers - and I will make an effort to save more this year..I mean next year..!
I have also learned to crochet and have been churning out blankets and ponchos..so I think a few home made gifts may be being handed out next Christmas...
15 crafts for 2015 challenge.
Christmas 2015 - started to save/wrap!0 -
Although I am an avid reader of the boards; have yet to take any real active part to date; but would now like to join in with this one. How do I go about it?0

Most people keep a note of their savings in their signatures but you don't have to. Pop in and post your total on here as little or as often as you like. It's up to you really
I have a look here everyday, seeing what other people are doing keeps me motivated.

Aaargh, blooming YouGov - they send you a cheque when you get to £50... and I've been at £49.75 for weeks now - SEND ME SURVEYS!!! PLEEEEASE!!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

that must be really annoying redsquirrel! you're so close too! hope you get some surveys soon
well its been a good week for freebies, so far I've had the original source shower gel, nescafe mug & small bottle of whisky all of which will go into the hampers I'm going to make next year. I've been really bad at doing the clicking this week thoughmainly because I've been busy trying to finish off this christmas before ds3 finishes school today. Will get back onto it today though!
hope everyone else is doing well0 -
Ooh, how exciting. I clicked on the first ost to add some names and Martin's email thing is on there - must go and look at the email now!!
Welcome to the new people! All new names are added, I think! Give me a shout if I missed any!
Emptynester - it's up to you how much you post. I plan to post fairly regularly or I'll lose motivation but will only update on totals now and then. Some people are counting everything that's pending; some only when they receive vouchers / cash. It's entirely up to you.
azjh77 - my Mum crochets and usually this time of year is in demand for black or gold crocheted tops, you know the type you see in shops for a fortune? Could you expand to them over the year?
redsquirrel - I bet that's frustrating. At least you should get there soon though - I think I only have £11 at YouGov - it might be Christmas 2009 before I can cash in.0 -
Good morning everyone. I was feeling al good and had a real sense of achievement that it is still december 07 but I have equivalent to £15 towards next christmas... Then I came on here and discovered that i'm not doing so well after all!!! as some of you have nearly £100!!!
