I suppose most other ways of saying that they will let you take banknotes out of a machine in exchange for the debiting of your existing financial account with a financial services provider without an incremental charge to you at the point of transaction because the costs of the process will be generally be covered by the returns from the financial institution's business model, would be less easy to fit on the signage in an eye-catching way.
