You haven't told us what the enquiries actually are, but presumably your solicitor can advise you about them? It doesn't sound like a "structural alteration or addition" to me.1

the plan is not the only relevant piece of information when looking at which parts you own - but for this, as has been said, it does not sound like consent was needed under the alterations clause because you have not undertaken a structural alteration or made an addition. Keep it nice and clear in your replies because the amount of times that people fail to understand the difference which leads to delays and standoffs is unbelievable.
Does beg the question if you didn't need to get landlord's consent / speak to the management company why did you?1
