Recommendations for smashing up concrete area

Hi, I have a very llarge area of concrete in my garden (looks like concrete poured on bricks) it formerly had a shed on it.  I should like to smash it up.  What are the best tools to use.
Thanks

A demolition breaker (Kango). Please, wear goggles, sturdy gloves, and ear defenders. A dust mask would also be prudent.
A sledge hammer will also do the job if you need a real good workout. Goggles & gloves are even more important.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

I used a sledge hammer which I bought especially for breaking a concrete garden path about 20 years ago.  It broke it up in no time.   It still comes in useful for jobs about the house and garden.  Well worth the £20 or so pounds I paid for it.  Make sure there are no greenhouses near you when you use it!

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

As already mentioned, a demo breaker.  I hired one for very little many years ago, it made short work of the ancient concrete covering the garden.

Depends on how deep it goes, but yes - sledge or breaker are the best options.
Personally I just ask my neighbour to pop round with the breaker attachment on his digger.
