Sorry to disagree with davidmcn, but I don't know that I'd even volunteer the info. you've shared with us. Obviously, if you were asked a specific question, and you lied or mis-represented, AND that cost your buyer money later down the line, they could take action against you for any financial loss...
But that ain't going to happen. I've done much more than you cite in at least three of the leasehold flats I've owned over the years. While, in the case of two of them, I mentioned our plans to my neighbours in what was effectively a "shared freehold" I never bothered with formal permission. I don't recall that level of detail ever coming up subsequently as an issue or specific question on the forms and declarations I made as part of the standard replies to the buyers' solicitors when selling.
In one case I split a big bathroom in two to create an en-suite, requiring a new dividing stud wall, modified soil sewage runs and a new internal door aperture. In another flat I was asked "have you replaced any windows and if so are they FENSA certificated?" I said no. I didn't actually lie, because I hadn't. What I didn't volunteer was that as part of renovations I'd had a hole cut in a roof and a new (not a replacement) velux window installed! And I certainly won't bother to mention things like new boilers, bathrooms and kitchens in my ex-Council BTL leashold flat, even though the kitchen refurb included ripping out a substantial floor-to-ceiling brick-built larder an in consequence, new ceilings.
So if I was you, I'd keep my head down. The Managing Agent seems idle, so I bet they won't mention your historic correspondence with them when they knock off the LPE1 (leasehold property enquiries) Forms... And as you say, these were not mapr or structural projects so you can play naive.
I suppose I should sit back now and wait for the trolls to say "honesty is the best policy" "thou shalt not lie nor dissemble" and that my mantra "only tell'em what's good for 'em" is evil perfidy!1
