Hey guys
Every couple of months I seem to see new soft searches for credit companies, this month it's "creditspring"
I make sure not to click on the offers pages from any of the credit file companies, and can't see any accounts created from these searches, but I am really worried about this because of how frequent it is
Thanks for any advice

Have you done any soft searches for loans or credit cards via other websites, as creditspring from a quick google search shows as a loan provider.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -
Only you can see soft searches, it clearly says so on every CRA site too. Soft search might appear ( and be visible only to you ) for many reasons - new or renewed car insurance, mobile phone or utility contract, even credit reference agency regularly checks your identity and address. Hard search ( application for credit ) is only search visible to others , and even then mobile phone contract or new gas/leccy provider does not really matter that much as lenders know and see those regularly, only what really matters to them is regular credit card or loan application hard searches. Again - they have no access to you soft search history and have no impact on your credit file at all.0
