The Range online orders

Does anyone have any contact details for The Range other than the completely useless 0345 026 7598 main number that is not being answered at all ?, I have placed several orders prior and since lockdown, they initially were delivered by XDP to the wrong address/wrong road/ wrong postcode ..... latest order due yesterday has been " delayed " and it seems going by other stories they will not update this, Trust Pilot is full of similar stories with nobody getting paid for deliveries and being unable to contact The Range, Resolver does not have them listed so cannot go thro that complaint process ( I have applied to have them added to Resolver) Facebook messages and Tweets are ignored and I am getting desperate knowing they have a large amount of my money with no sign of when my bed will arrive
