Closed an "online saver" with Post Office Savings during the tax year - cert of interest?

Hi, I closed an online saver account with the Post office (and can't see its details in my online banking any more) during the tax year, and stupidly didn't make a record of the interest received during the tax year when I did this!
I have contacted them but not sure if they understood the problem/inquiry (and weren't able to send a cert of interest at that point).
Does anyone know, if they will "automatically" send one (in the post I presume) now we are past the end of the tax year?
