Self isolation/Furlough

After a full day of emails between myself and my employer it appears there is little i can do.
Myself along with other people I work alongside with health conditions who followed the governments advice and self isolated will only get SSP at most throughout the full of this, Yet everyone else in good health will get the 80% pay.
To clarify the people that were sent home with symptoms which triggered people to stay off tested positive for Covid 19 and there has since been 2 more positive cases on site.

Yes but everybody else can be called back at a moment notice if the company decided. Where as you can not.

Yes but everybody else can be called back at a moment notice if the company decided. Where as you can not. 

Nothing to stop the OP from returning to work apart from his personal preference to self isolate.

Everyone was told to stay off until they are called back including myself.
I have made the company aware i would return Immediately.
