Camp America: Refund Policy & Consumer Rights

Hi All,
I'm a 21-year-old student who's just had their camp America experience cancelled. I'm in contact with my company (the middleman between me and US camps) to get some form of refund. In their terms and conditions (attached), it states that they are not liable for refunds in circumstances like the pandemic we are currently in. I am wondering how far they can limit my refund, they've booked my flights, surely it is down to them to retrieve the cancelled flight cash and get it back to me? At the beginning of the process, they had taken £50 as that is their service charge. However, are they able to now take my full £650 with no real explanation? As a consumer, I've paid for services that are no longer being fulfilled outwith my control, is there anything that can be done?
Cheers.

Your are entitled to a refund as their T&Cs state in Refunds & cancellation policy 3) you are entitled to a refund if you have not been offered a place by 1st July 2020, clearly there if no offer in place so you need to return form DS2019
Their T&C about the pandemic only cover claims and cost, that is legally different to a refund of money paid
Also as in my other posting about this matter even it they did have a no refund policy in their T&Cs it will be classed as unfair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.
