hi all
my pc has decided not to be nice any longer

i cannot play any online games
i cannot chat in yahoo
i cannot even read my yahoo emails
i cannot view anything which is video - news, youtube, tried loads of sites
it was working fine til yesterday
please help!

why not try a system restore

Some settings have clearly been changed, either by you, or by a possible 'nasty'.

i have just finished a virus scan which came up blank btw

Yes, I would also run some anti spyware programs aswell.

These are the best ones and are free:-

Spybot seach and destroy
AdAware SE
AVG anti spyware
Avg Anti rootkit

You can have multiple anti spyware programs running at the same time, but only one anti virus program.

do a system restore start of every day,just type ok in strip box that comes up.so you have only 1 day to go back,....zee
