URGENT : I received possible scam email for MSE credit club rating - need advice UGENTLY please

today I received an email from MSE about the credit club rating which I doo get from time to time as I signed up, however when I logged in it gave me this message below which is a bit weird - when i checked the email sender it was from <creditclub@email3.moneysavingexpert.com>  - is this a valid MSE email account -- note the email3 at front.
If not what should I do?
If it is why am I getting the message below?
