Mould fungi?

I was clearing out my garage today and noticed these. I didn't touch them as unsure what they are and if dangerous. Have looked up images of fungi and mould but can't find anything which looks the same. Can anyone help please?

Try asking these chaps - they run foraging courses and also offer to identify mushrooms from photos
