Not a broker - but I'm doing 40 HTB equity loan London -- as have been told if i want to renegotiate price will be a problem as HTB no longer offering full 40% loan anymore0

HTB is not a singular body. We have three HTB Agents in England, Radian, BPHA and Plus Dane. Then there is Target the post-sales HTB Agent. Scottish and Welsh variations too. Would you like to tell us where you are, or where you are buying? Alternatively, you could use this to find your HTB Agent and ask them yourself;-
