It used to be Lloyds that were well known for being the bank that closes accounts. Perhaps it's the NatWest group now.0

From what I've seen on Reddit and on MSE when Lloyds block an account it usually takes about 1-2 weeks then you can pop into branch with ID to withdraw the money. The NatWest group seem to make people wait 2+ months, ransom the funds while talking to person who's account is being closed like scum throughout the whole ordeal.Ed-1 said:
