Redundancy - Will it affect my Universal Credit

As the title suggests my question is now that I have my Universal Credit set up after being made redundant and given the amount I am entitled too, I am due my redundancy payment in around 10 weeks, once that clears will my UC payments be affected for a certain amount of assessment months or remain the same? For context my redundancy payment is £5K or so.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Do you have any other savings?

If you have no other savings at all you should be fine , if you have some savings and some debt, use it to pay the debt down a bit.
