Thank you....

This is not a conventional thread....it is a big "thank you" to all those whose comments and suggestions I have found so helpful in the last few weeks.  Recently, I have been mainly consulting this forum and the pensions forum.  But now I am thinking about my mortgage so I also need to give a shout out to the mortgage forum, too!  Thank you also  to Martin Lewis who kicked this thing off.  I believe that we hall ave a lot to learn from the current crisis and part of what we have to (re-) learn is the value of community (in whatever form that takes in the 21st century).  I am learning something every day and part of that is learning about the essential human goodness which I witness here and in so many other contexts in each day that this crisis unfolds for me.  As the late Dave Allen used to say, may your God go with you.

I also owe a lot to the sane posters on this forum. Even though I don't always agree with them, their contributions have been been vital in helping me understand how to manage my own pension investments.
