Addendum to lease - odd request from landlord

The thing that needs to be made expressly clear in any such clause is how it is triggered. So does the lender just write to the tenant and say that from X date you pay us the rent and here’s our details? Do they also have to serve notice on the landlord? I also assume the landlord will sign this addendum so as to make it binding on them?
Also, does it clearly set out that if you pay the rent to the lender the tenant will still be deemed to be paying then rent and that it does not prevent the landlord from being liable for any other breaches in the agreement?0 -
Read the link from the stickie I provided earlier!Post 6: Repossession: what if a LL's mortgage lender repossesses the property?

She should offer to sign for a £50 a month rent reduction. Or whatever else it is she wants (eg new 2 year tenancy)
