Any UK holiday cottages giving free cancellations up to 8 weeks before?

I wonder if anyone knows of any UK cottage holiday companies which are offering free cancellations due to coronavirus up to say 8 weeks before?
Some on HomeAway.co.uk are offering this. Dies anyone knows any other companies?

Most of the holiday cottage companies are just trading names of cottages.com. And they are not giving refunds.0

Presumably the option is at the owners discretion. Not the company advertising the property.0
