    This firm repeatedly issues PCN's to staff on a daily basis and by all accounts it has become a standard daily job for the manager to sit down and appeal numerous tickets. I think this MAY have had something to do with it, my PCN appeal to became ANOTHER PCN in the already diluted batch of appeals.

    If the manager can cancel, then Iceland should kick out Horizon who are just money bandits

    Do they have a Facebook page.  If so warn others of the scammers scams.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    I think it would be very good to personally thank the Manager (at a distance) and tell him it worked, because it might make him less grumpy and more positive next time a victim customer asks!
