Whats the best card when buying from the USA

I am looking to buy some stuff from the USA and get a friend to bring it back what cards give the best exchange rates when buying from the usa??

    Nationwide or Post Office credit card. No loading or fees and you get the inter bank exchange rate.

    If you are planning to zero them each month and your credit score is good then each is as good as the other.

    Both offer an introductory rate of 0% for 3 months on purchases, and both have a typical APR of 15.9%.

    I've never had a Nationwide credit card myself, but I would imagine (based on their banking products I do have) their online management is infinitely better than the Post Office's...which is basic to say the least.

    Nationwide's online services are certainly better.

    On the other hand, initial credit limits handed out by the Bank of Ireland to new customers, seem to be more generous. This was certainly my experience.
    People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.
