Theory test post 20th April

My Husband was meant to be doing his Motorcycle theory test on Tuesday, the government website states all tests are cancelled until 20th April. 
Late last night he received an email from Pearson Vue saying his test will be postponed to a temporary centre by 1 month, but there was nothing explicit to say this was linked to to DVSA but as he has no other tests booked he assumed this is what it was in relation to. The Pearson Vue website link provided offered no clarity and if anything I thought it looked more US orientated.
Obviously trying to get through to anyone at the moment is going to be difficult so thought I'd try here first to see if anyone had any ideas??

Given the Government 3 week extension of the lock down. Seems a obvious move to cancel tests to match. Given the no unnecessary travel restriction.

Thank you, we assumed it would be cancelled as per the previous 3 weeks, but the email has caused confusion as if it's been postponed we have no idea where to or when, with it being from a 3rd party I also wanted to check how legitimate the email may have been.

Pearson Vue are the authorised third party company that does the tests on behalf of MoT.  Check the sender's address it will be an official email address from Pearson's own domain.
