Warning - Laura Ashley in administration. I ordered items on 1st April, still not even dispatched and along with many others (see Trustpilot), no confirmation of when items will be sent but money taken immediately (01 April). Why if they are unable to deliver items ordered over 18 days ago, are they still allowed to take new orders on their website? Surely this should be temporary closed whilst they catch up with orders?

    I placed an order on March 18th. I got an email yesterday saying my item was about to be delivered and I’m expecting it to arrive today. LAs delivery has always been a bit slow and going into administration and Covid have not helped. I think they do need to improve their communication though as all it takes is an email stating that orders are being honoured but delivery may take longer etc.
