Hi all,
I ordered a pair of shoes and socks online and paid for Next day delivery £6.99 on Thursday. This morning at 2am they sent me an email saying the shoes were no longer in stock and they amended my order. I tried to cancel the order but their online form for cancellations wasnt working and didnt send, i did tweet their customer service page but that doesnt seem to be active anymore.
I have now received the item paying more for delivery than the actual item, i know the terms are the customer covers the cost of the return postage but can i get that back since their whole system seems to be a mess ?
Thanks

Probably not without a lot of grief. Such are the perils of using Sports Direct. How much work are you prepared to put in to get a few quid back?4

You can try, but they don't have a good record for customer service.
