Sainsburys Credit Card - Nectar Card

Hi. Just a quick question as I'm pretty sure the phone lines will be very busy

I've been a nectar card holder for 4 months & need to apply for a credit card. But on the application for a Sainsbury's Credit card it says I 'should" be a nectar card holder for at least 6 months

Should I not bother applying or is there a chance I'll be accepted after only 4 months

I guess 6 months means 6 months.

Yep. The exact wording is

"You must be a Nectar member and should have been one for at least 6 months"

Not sure whether to risk applying or not?!?!?!

Are you wanting the Sainsbury card to collect Nectar points?
If so, get the AMEX Nectar card until you've been with Nectar long enough for the Sainsbury card.
