Best Cashback/Reward & No Foreign Fee Credit Card?

Hi there,
I'm looking for the best credit card, which offers the following;
1) No "ownership fee" (i.e. - no set monthly/yearly fee, for owning the credit card)
2) Cashback offer, for every purchase (ideally as cashback on the statement, though a gift card will do, if it's a widely usable one - e.g. Amazon/supermarkets)
3) No foreign currency fees (for buying goods from another country, or when abroad)
Notes;
I had been looking into the Aqua Rewards card, which seemed to tick all the boxes, though that was mysteriously pulled from applications fairly recently?
The Barclaycard Rewards also looked a good one, though requires a minimum income of £20k/year. However, when using their eligibility checker, it strangely still rejects applications with incomes above that?
Thanks in advance

Notes;
- I don't want an American Express card, unless there isn't the minimum spend per year, in order to get the cashback (e.g. - some Amex cards require you to be spending £2-3k/year, to be eligible to claim your cashback)
- Low/no minimum income requirement

You won’t find one card that ticks all those requirements.The Amex Cashback card (the non-free one) is £25 but you can negate that fee with a referral from someone whereby you’re credit £25 on your first £1+ spend thus making it free for the year and earning the higher rate of cashback and no minimum spend requirement.0

OP,
The Barclaycard Rewards card meets all your requirements:
