Citi credit card PPI

Hi,
Has anyone had any issues with citi cards and missold PPI  claims. I am currently having an ongoing problem with this company, as they keep sending my letters  stating I missed the PPI deadline. I have proof that this is incorrect as I sent my claim via MYPPIREFUND  at the beginning of August last year. This also included photographic proof of my credit card statements. At what point to I contact the financial ombudsman, as MYPPIREFUND are still actively chasing this lender to get a resolution to this issue.

Unfortunately, if you used a claims company rather than posting your complaint directly, you were relying on them being able to identify a postbox correctly.

Since they apparently failed to do so, there's nothing else you can do.

MBNA, claimed the same thing, but they ended up giving me a substantial PPI payout ! Seems like this could simply be a tactic to get me to forget my claim ?

    Highly unlikely.

If you use a claims company, you have to expect a certain dreadful level of service.
