Wizz Air - Logged in User Must Be Owner for Refund

Hi all hope someone can help.
My Wizz Air flight has been cancelled and I am trying to get a refund by following the link in the email. Unfortunately when I try and login to claim a refund I'm getting the message that the 'Logged in user must be the owner of the booking'. I originally booked the flight through Ebookers, could this be the problem?
Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply.Unfortunately when I try to get a refund through my EBookers account it directs me to the Wizz Air Website. I've tried to contact Ebookers but am having no luck contacting them. Do I just keep plugging away with them?Cheers.0

Updated in case anyone has the same problem.I did not get anywhere at all with Wizz Air, just cannot access the cancelled booking in any way.Ebookers are hopefully refunding me after speaking to them on the phone, fingers crossed.0
