Virgin Money Savings Products New Issues and Reduced Rates

As of around 2pm, some or all of Virgin Money Savings Products have new issues with, I presume, reduced rates (at least for the Regular Saver as noted in the Regular Savings thread)
A bit annoying because I was in the process of opening a regular saver, left my screen for a couple of minutes, got timed out and when I logged back in the rate had dropped

I received a letter from Virgin Money about my Regular Savings accounts maturing on 1st May and it being transferred to an Easy Access account. The original account was opened in a Virgin lounge and was not asvailable online. I checked my account today and there is nothing showing about this new account and all their lounges are closed due to the pandemic. I will ring them later, but has anyone else had this problem, and how do they access their money?

get the funds back.
