Tripmonster scam or not?

We have booked flights tickets with Tripmonster.We won't be able to leave the country is current sytuacion and we tried to contact them to assist us with refund.We tried to contact them, called non stop- no answer.No email address.I feel helpless and don't know what to do in this situation?

they appear to be a Swedish company
Unfortunately lots of people having problems (and additional fees) when they have not purchased direct from the airline (one of the major downsides of using a third party)
You would be best to check the airline website to see what the options may be (many are not offering refunds) third parties are an intermediary so won't be able to get a refund unless the airline are offering them
