Hello! We have just bought a house in an area we don’t know at all and it’s a bit of an old house. We’re worried about any unexpected repairs and finding reliable people to call on if we need them. Have any of you used Plusheat (for the premium non-emergency cover?). They seem good but not sure all is as it seems. Thanks so much!

......but what makes you think they are good? Evidence, recommendation, experience, reviews, sales blurb?
