Gatwick Parking Refund

Has anyone had any success with a refund from London Gatwick Official Parking?
I have a booking for Valet parking at North Terminal for 18th April (tomorrow), when flights cancelled a few weeks ago I emailed the refund request email address as per their website on 25/3, but haven't received any form of communication or refund yet?
Aware they are very busy at the moment and happy to wait, just keen to get an idea of how long the refund is likely to take to be processed as its over 3 weeks since emailed.

When I was told my holiday was to be cancelled around mid-March, I too needed to cancel the parking and an on-site hotel. I Tweeted Gatwick Parking about this and they asked me to call 0330 313 2125. However, I’m pretty sure I ended up managing my booking online where I was able to cancel it there. So you probably have the two options.0

Thank you for responding, unfortunately they have removed the refund button on their website and ask you to email a specific email address.0

We emailed to cancel on 21 March (for a booking on 19 April), received email confirmation the same day to say cancellation request received, make sure your email included name/booking reference (it had), & stating that process times will take longer than usual, no need to contact them as it only delays the process, unprecedented volume of requests.
I think that's fair enough, received nothing so far but we're planning on waiting 4-6 weeks before chasing it. This is not a 'normal' course of events after all. We're all going to have to learn some patience!Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0 -
Happy to be patient for refund, wasn't sure if others had refunds quicker as on twitter people are saying got refund within a few days of requesting.0

I cancelled a booking on 18th March and got the refund a couple of days later. Went to cancel another booking on 26/3/20 and was directed to email a specific refunds email address with name and confirmation number, to which I got an auto response acknowledgment of the request, then yesterday received an email saying if booking is in the past to call a number, if it’s a future booking to do it online (using the normal process)... no idea how long the refund will actually take to come through, but you may want to try going onto the website to see if it’s shows as camveled and if not cancel it online.
