Hello
iv been looking for a cooker and have being the rounds and I saw one I was interested in one on their site so I gave them a call and the call connected but then went dead. Almost instantly. However I did not think anything about it and called again and spoke to a member of staff for a couple of mins. But in the end I went with AO.com. Anyway that was a week or so ago then today I got a warning from my provider that I’d nearly reached my phones call cap and as Iv unlimited calls and steer well away from excess hone charges
So I. Checked my bill and low and behold I’d got 2 charges £0.27p for the dropped call and £1.16 for a 3 minuets call when I spoke to the assistant. Yes I know it’s less than 2 pound even but to the. principle. Anyway ii. Checked out their web site and admittedly it does say 13p on top of your network charge per min. Which is well wrong seeing I got charged £0.27 for no minuets and £1.16 for 3 minuets and just wanting to put it out there firstly they are making money off you just so you can ring to ask them about items you want to buy off them what a cheek. And the other is the price they charge is double+ what they advertise via extra small text under the sales advice phone number on their website
Best regards Osh

Best regards OshFrom the appliance direct site where you got the number etc . Did you not understand the part after 13p? Regarding network charge?
Calls cost 13ppm plus your network access charge
For example from Vodafone:UK calls to Vodafone mobiles, landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03) and voicemail.
55p/min inc VAT
Seems expensive? so you would have to check what your provider charges are?
Your provider has charged you the extra not A. D.
Oh and a Minuet is a slow, stately ballroom dance for two in triple time, popular especially in the 18th century.

You could probably have used 01773 814660 instead. (Say No To 0870)0
