I’m seeing Facebook ads from a solicitor for “no win no fee” claim class action but I thought the date for this passed in 2018. Is this a scam?

Slater and Gordon are the only solicitors actually taking VW to court. They closed their class action ages ago.
Other solicitors may well be hoping to jump on their coat-tails after S&G either settle or win. Whether you call that a "scam" or not is up to you...0
