Section 75 for refunding the charges on a flight cancellation?

Evening all,
Another CV19 related question...
I booked my wife flights for a trip to the US over the Easter weekend, this was understandably cancelled. The flights were located via a screensaver type site, with the booking made via an online travel agent. They have offered to refund me or keep the money in credit with Aer Lingus for me to book a later flight. I had intended to do the latter but when I looked at the prices of the likely time to make the new trip, Aer Lingus flights were around £130 more expensive than the best price. I would also need to change the location of the flight ideally which I was told I can't do. As a result I asked for a refund and have been told that there is a £30 charge. While this is annoying it seems like the best option and isn't the end of the world - i'm far luckier than many in the current situation. However, i'm interested in knowing if I would be able to claim against S75 of my credit card to look at reimbursing this cancellation charge? Presumably I missed it in the small print at the time and it seems unlikely that I could claim this but thought I would ask those in the know.
For info I only have multi-trip travel insurance for Europe but the excess wouldn't cover it. My wife did take out insurance for the US trip but again it's not worth claiming against due to the excess.

No S75 does not apply here - you booked through a third party rather than the airline direct so if their T&C's allow for a charge to be made - so be it.1

As above.
But even if you did book direct. There is no breech of contract as they are refunding you.Life in the slow lane1 -
Thank you all. Thought as much but always worth asking!1
