Holiday to Antigua cancelled on 17th March 2020. We have received credit note for total cost from travel company Destination2. Cash not Available until end of October 2020. We would like a full cash reimbursement asap but this is not readily forthcoming. Has anyone any ideas to reclaim our payment

Small claims action, but that may take until October to come to fruition.

Many operators seem to be trying to defer repayments, presumably as they need the cashflow. If you have a package holiday you are still protected by ATOL/ABTA for refund. Check that the credit note also gives the same protection.
